Tasks
  • Dynamic road weight DWD
  • Dynamic rail weight DWK
  • System of registration of dynamic response of the bridge MONIMOST
  • Integrated system TRANS-MONIT to monitor the technical state of truss railway bridges and weighing in motion of rolling stock
Purpose of work
  • The system DWD will collect and analyze data on the burden of road surface and traffic intensity.
  • DWK system will identify the load transmitted to the circuit from the train and monitor the movement of rolling stock. DWK system shall also be a part of the TRANS-MONIT system.
  • Preparation of the electronics for wireless data test on the ground.
  • Creating a numerical model of truss railroad bridge.
Currently ongoing works

  • Field studies of DWD demonstrator system.
  • Field studies of DWK demonstrator system.
  • Preparation of the electronics for wireless data test on the ground.
  • Creating a numerical model of truss railroad bridge.
Results
  • Developing the concept of a DWD system using piezoelectric sensors.
  • Developing the concept of a DWK system using piezoelectric sensors.
  • Developing the concept of piezoelectric sensors installation on the bridge and the wireless transmission of measurement data.
  • Developing the concept of an integrated weighing system of railway rolling stock in motion, and monitoring of technical state of railway bridges.
